Welcome to Bush Trails Excursion LTD.
By booking, participating in, or attending any excursion or activity offered by Bush Trails Excursion LTD, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

• All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license that has been issued for at least one (1) year prior to the excursion date.
• This requirement applies to all guests, including local Jamaican residents and international visitors, regardless of the age at which the license was first issued.
• Guests whose driver’s license has been issued for less than one (1) year are not permitted to operate adult Can-Am vehicles.

Children & Youth Participants
• Children and youth may be permitted to operate kids buggies, where available.
• Children must demonstrate the ability to safely operate the kids buggy and comply with all staff instructions.
• Bush Trails Excursion LTD reserves the right to determine whether a child is fit to operate a kids buggy based on safety considerations.

2. Identification Requirements
• Guests may upload a copy or image of a valid government-issued ID during the booking process (optional).
• Upon arrival, a photograph of the guest’s ID will be taken for verification and safety purposes.
• Identification records are securely stored and retained for up to three (3) months, after which they are permanently deleted.

3. Payments
• Online payments are not accepted.
• Full payment is due in person on the day of the excursion, unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated by Bush Trails Excursion LTD.

4. Group Bookings & Deposits
• For groups of twenty (20) guests or more, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable, except if the excursion is canceled by Bush Trails Excursion LTD.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the excursion.

5. Safety, Conduct & Vehicle Use
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff at all times.
• Reckless driving, intoxication, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow instructions will result in immediate removal from the excursion without refund.
• Bush Trails Excursion LTD reserves the right to deny or discontinue participation for safety reasons.

6. Food & Beverages
• Light snacks and water may be provided as a courtesy, subject to availability.
• Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should notify staff in advance.
• Bush Trails Excursion LTD is not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary-related issues.

7. Weather & Operational Changes
• Excursions operate rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
• Bush Trails Excursion LTD reserves the right to modify, delay, reschedule, or cancel excursions due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Photography & Media Use
• Photos and videos may be taken during excursions for promotional and marketing purposes.
• By participating, guests grant Bush Trails Excursion LTD permission to use such media unless they notify staff otherwise prior to the excursion.

9. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jamaican courts.
