Individual Bookings
• Payments are made in person on the day of the excursion.
• No refunds will be issued for:
• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Removal due to unsafe behavior or violation of safety rules

Group Bookings (20 Guests or More)
• A 50% deposit is required to secure group reservations.
• Deposits are non-refundable, unless the excursion is canceled by Bush Trails Excursion LTD.

Cancellations by Bush Trails Excursion LTD
• If an excursion is canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, guests may:
• Reschedule for a future date, or
• Receive a refund of any deposit paid

Weather Policy
• Light rain does not typically result in cancellation.
• Severe or unsafe weather conditions may require rescheduling.

All refund decisions are final and made at the discretion of Bush Trails Excursion LTD.
